OUR PROCESS

Initial Consultation

This is the first step toward developing a turnkey metal stamping line tailored to your needs.

Die Design Collaboration

Working with an experienced die builder is an essential step in ensuring your new complete stamping line can deliver the performance you need. If you do not already have a preferred die builder, we can refer you to one from our network of trusted suppliers.

Engineering & Design

Once the die design is complete, our team of engineers begins determining the right press, feeding equipment, and other peripheral components for your turnkey metal stamping line.

Proposal & Approval

At this stage in the process, we will present the stamping line solution to you, and provide details on each component and the role it plays in the stamping process. The proposal includes a breakdown of overall costs and a timeline for the completion of the project. You will have the opportunity to review the proposal and ensure that everything fits within your budget and meets your specifications.

Assembly & Calibration

Upon approval, we will assemble the complete stamping line at one of our US locations. Our experienced team of engineers and service technicians will calibrate and optimize the setup to ensure it meets our high standards of excellence.

Delivery & Installation

After the line is calibrated we ship all of the components to your facility. If requested our service technicians can be on-site to assist with the installation of the machine to ensure a seamless integration to your production environment. We can also train operators on how to utilize the line to guarantee peak performance.
